Europe sales

For wholesale/pet shops, the minimum purchase is 5 pieces.

All prices quoted and shipping charges are $40 per box shipped via DHL, FedEx, etc. (Registered Courier) next day (Or maximum 48hours) guaranteed delivery before 12 pm (noon).

Full payment must be showing in our company bank or cash pickup received before orders are released for shipping.

Overseas (outside of Europe) sales

For wholesale/pet shops, the minimum purchase is 10 pieces.

Each fish from Arowana Paradise Aquarium Farm are issued an original “Certificate of Identity” (Registered & Certified by AGRI-FOOD VETERINARY AUTHORITY, DENMARK) & also a copy of “Certificate of Warranty”(ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Registered & Certified).

All prices quoted and freight charges will apply as agreed.

Dead on arrival (DOA)

Our experience over the years of trading has led us to a 100% survival rate of fish in transit. If a specimen does die in transit, it will be replaced by us within 24 hours. We will need you to freeze the body straight away (overnight should suffice) and send back to us special next day delivery so we can autopsy, and replace.
